Abstract:
Disclosed is a constant temperature structure for a leather belt drive main shaft, comprising a first drive main shaft (1), a second drive main shaft (2), a leather belt (3), a box body (4), a first leather belt wheel (11) and a second leather belt wheel (21), wherein the first leather belt wheel (11) is mounted on the first drive main shaft (1); the second leather belt wheel (21) is mounted on the second drive main shaft (2); the drive connection between the first leather belt wheel (11) and the second leather belt wheel (21) is achieved via the leather belt (3); the first leather belt wheel (11), the second leather belt wheel (21) and the leather belt (3) are all located in the box body (4); and in the course of leather belt drive, an air inlet (7) of a blower (5) continuously injects air into the box body (4), air quickly moves with the direction of drive of the leather belt (3) to an air outlet (8), an air discharge blower (6) for discharging air outside the box evacuates air in the box body, while carrying away heat generated in the course of the leather belt drive. This reduces the effect of temperature rises on the main shaft, improving main shaft precision and stability performance.
