Abstract:
A constant velocity driving shaft assembly, with large swing angle and large slide range, comprises a left fixed-type Rzeppa constant velocity joint (1) and a right fixed-type Rzeppa constant velocity joint (2) respectively disposed at two ends. The left fixed-type Rzeppa constant velocity joint (1) and the right fixed-type Rzeppa constant velocity joint (2) both comprise a bell housing (3), a cage (4), steel balls (5), a star sleeve (6) and a dustproof cover (7), wherein, the steel balls (5) are arranged in the star sleeve (6) through the cage (4), and an arc ball race mated with the steel balls (5) is disposed on the bell housing (3) inner wall. One end of a left middle half shaft (8) is set in the star sleeve (6) of the left fixed-type Rzeppa constant velocity joint (1) and one end of a right middle half shaft (9) is set in the star sleeve (6) of the right fixed-type Rzeppa constant velocity joint (2), while the other end of the left middle half shaft (8) is fastened with one end of a left profiled steel tube (10) and the other end of the right middle half shaft (9) is fastened with one end of a right profiled steel tube (14). The left profiled steel tube (10) and the right profiled steel tube (14) are internally and externally sheathed and are slideable along the axial direction with each other. The section shape of the left profiled steel tube (10) is the same as that of the right profiled steel tube (14).
