Abstract:
Provided are constant voltage generating circuits (1A, 1B) comprising feedback circuits (10A, 10B) comprising a first resistor (R11), said feedback circuits (10A, 10B) serving to generate a feedback voltage (Vfb) obtained as a result of an output voltage (Vout) between a substrate potential and an output terminal (T3) of the constant voltage generating circuits (1A, 1B) being divided by the first resistor (R11) and a second resistor (R12). The constant voltage generating circuits (1A, 1B) further comprise: an operational amplifier for amplifying a voltage differential between a reference voltage (Vref) and the feedback voltage (Vfb) so as to output a control voltage; and an output transistor (M11) for controlling the output voltage (Vout) on the basis of the control voltage from the operational amplifier. The feedback circuits (10A, 10B) are further configured to superposition high-frequency noise components from the substrate potential.
