Abstract:
A constant volume conveyor capable of carrying a fluid at a fixed rate as set beforehand even if a flow is low and a reciprocating pump used for the conveyor. When a set flow is equal to or more than a specified value, the pump is drivingly controlled based on the number of strokes corresponding to the set flow. When it is less than the specified value, the driving control of the pump is intermittently performed based on the number of strokes used when the set flow is equal to or more than the specified value. Thus, since the flow can be accurately metered even when the flow is low by avoiding the effect of the deterioration of the accuracy of a flow checker at a low flow, the conveyor can carry the fluid at the fixed rate as set beforehand within all low, middle, and high flow ranges.
