A constriction ring, comprising an inner ring having an aperture operable to receive a penis, the aperture being defined by a circumferential wall, the constriction ring further comprising an outer ring, the outer ring being shaped and sized to allow an erection pump to abut the outer ring and to substantially form a seal therewith.
