Abstract:
Provided are a construct, an oncolytic virus, and the use thereof. The recombinant virus having an improved sensitivity to tumor cells is constructed by means of knocking-out the ICP34.5 gene and the ICP47 gene of herpes simplex virus type I and inserting an expression sequence of an immune checkpoint regulatory factor at the UL23 gene.
