Abstract:
A construction apparatus and construction method for a steel pipe pile in a bare rock riverbed, the construction apparatus for the steel pipe pile in the bare rock riverbed comprising a rotating mechanism (1) and a steel pipe drill bit (2), wherein the rotating mechanism (1) comprises a drill rod (11), the steel pipe drill bit (2) is connected to one end of the drill rod (11), the external shape of the steel pipe drill bit (2) is the same as the shape of a steel pipe pile (33), and drill teeth (21) are provided at the end of the steel pipe drill bit (2) away from the drill rod (11). On the one hand, the steel pipe drill bit (2) of the construction apparatus for the steel pipe pile in the bare rock riverbed acts as a steel casing. On the other hand, during drilling, rock and soil is pressed tight by the drill teeth (21) on the steel pipe drill bit (2), and when the steel pipe drill bit (2) is lifted by the drill rod (11), waste slag in a hole site of the steel pipe pile (33) is taken out, such that the hole site of the steel pipe pile (33) is easy to clean, and the construction efficiency is high. Since no additional steel casing is provided, after the slag is taken out by the steel pipe drill bit (2) and the steel pipe drill bit (2) is pulled out, a hole would be back-silted under the action of a water flow and a lateral pressure of a soil layer to form a covering layer, thereby facilitating vibration sinking construction of the steel pipe pile (33).
