Abstract:
A construction machine comprises: a rotation motor for rotationally driving the upper rotating body relative to the lower traveling body; a working attachment having a boom, a boom cylinder, an arm, and an arm cylinder; a hydraulic actuator circuit including a first circuit which includes the boom cylinder and a control valve for the boom, a second circuit which includes the arm cylinder and a control valve for the arm, and a third circuit which includes the rotation motor and a control valve for rotation; first to third pumps which are the hydraulic pressure sources for the first to third circuits; a merging valve having a first position and a second position, the first position being a position at which oil from the third pump is merged with the first circuit and also at which the unload path of the third circuit is connected to a tank, the second position being a position at which the merging is prevented; and a merging switching control unit for holding the merging valve at the first position in both cases when only rotation operation is performed and when boom raising operation is performed.
