Abstract:
A heat exchange device (19) is provided with a frame member (20) assembled in a rectangular frame shape using: a lower frame (21) extending in the front-rear direction and mounted to a rotating frame (5); side frames (22, 23) extending upward from the opposite ends of the lower frame (21); and an upper frame (24) extending above the upper parts of the side frames (22, 23). A cooling fan (17) is disposed in such a manner that the blades (17B) thereof are inserted into the frame member (20) from an end surface (20A) of the frame member (20), the end surface (20A) facing an engine. An oil cooler (28) and a radiator (30) are mounted to the mounting surface plate (25) of the frame member (20) at a distance from the cooling fan (17), the mounting surface plate (25) being located on the opposite side of the cooling fan (17) from the engine (16). A flat plate-shaped shroud (31) is mounted to the end surface (20A) of the frame member (20), which faces the engine, the shroud (31) surrounding the blades (17B) of the cooling fan (17) and forming a fan receiving chamber (32) in cooperation with the frame member (20), the oil cooler (28), and the radiator (30).
