The purpose of the invention is to provide construction machinery that can inhibit lateral slippage of an operator forearm that is placed on a forearm receiving portion. Provided is construction machinery in which an operation case is disposed on the side of an operator seat, an operating lever protrudes to the front end of the operation case, and an armrest is provided in the middle of the top face of the operation case by being positioned behind the operating lever, and in which an operator sitting in the operator seat tilts and operates the operating lever by placing the elbow side of the forearm on the armrest and grasping a top end grasping portion of the operating lever, wherein: the armrest comprises a support portion rising from the middle of the top face of the operation case, and a forearm receiving portion that is mounted to the top end of the support portion and that receives the forearm of the operator, and the forearm receiving portion comprises a receiving face to receive the forearm of the operator from below, and an inside and outside lateral slippage inhibiting part to inhibit, from the inside and outside, lateral slippage of the forearm received by the receiving face.
