Abstract:
A bucket position acquisition unit acquires, from a work machine that has an implement comprising a boom, an arm, and a bucket, the plane position and height of a contour point of the bucket in a planar view from above. When the work state is a prescribed work state, a current topography update unit updates, on the basis of the bucket height, the height of the current topography data pertaining to the plane position of the bucket to be a higher value.
