Abstract:
The present invention provides a construction method for sand control dam, includes the following steps: Range the sand control rings (1) on line for control the shifting sand (5); raise up the sand control rings (1) for forming a sand dam (6) when the rings filled with sand in a certain volume. Repeat the steps above, the sand dam (6) would heighten continuously. Furthermore, the invention provides an apparatus for practice the method above, the apparatus includes several connected rings (1), which formed by at least two round ribs (2), in parallel approximately and a certain spacing with each other; at least two vertical ribs (3), which cross the round ribs (2) for forming a round frame; then, set a grid (4) with certain meshes on the frame for forming a sand control barrier. The method suit for widely use with lower cost and especially effective on the region that often encroach on sandstorms.
