By means of a single intelligent hoisting robot (6), position and angle changes of a rail device (5), an angle change of a walking device (603), and a jacking device (605), full coverage of hoisting operations for a large prefabricated beam-column member of a floor can be achieved, and it is unnecessary to provide a transition rail at a turning point of a mounting route, such that space and mounting costs are saved on, the disadvantageous situation of high costs due to the fact that a plurality of large hoisting apparatuses need to be arranged in a traditional assembly type construction mode of a conventional multistory and high-rise concrete workshop is changed, and mechanization and intelligence of a whole construction process of a full-prefabricated assembly type multistory and high-rise concrete workshop are achieved.
