Abstract:
A construction method for a large pipe shed guide wall at a shallow tunnel portal, the construction method comprising: S1, transporting a construction apparatus in place, and carrying out drawing lofting; S2, locating and excavating a position of the guide wall (1) at a preset position, and reserving a deformation amount of the tunnel portal according to the properties of surrounding rock; S3, mounting an inner contour template of the guide wall (1) and a locating arch frame (3); S4, determining an external insertion angle of a pipe shed according to the properties of the surrounding rock; S5, mounting and adjusting an orifice pipe (2), and then mounting an end template and a circumferential template of the guide wall (1); and S6, pouring concrete of the guide wall (1), and curing the guide wall after pouring is completed until the guide wall (1) reaches a preset strength. In the method, the external insertion angle of the orifice pipe of the pipe shed guide wall is determined, and the pipe shed (4) is located by using the external insertion angle of the orifice pipe, such that intrusion of an excavation contour line of a main tunnel during drilling construction is avoided, the angle calculation is accurate, the construction is convenient, the reinforcement effect of the large pipe shed is ensured, and safe tunnel entry is achieved.
