Abstract:
The present invention relates to a construction method for maintaining and repairing facilities by moving an electric pole within an operating radius of a crane in the vertical direction or the front and rear direction and the left and right direction without newly installing or removing an electric pole and a long column, an insulator, and a distribution line or a communication line and, more specifically, to a construction method for moving an electric pole using a pole holding device system without replacing an aerial conductor wire. The method, using a pole clamp device in accordance with Korean Patent Number 0857774 contrived by the applicant of the present invention, can firmly fix an electric pole and move the electric pole including an aerial conductor wire in the vertical direction or the left and right direction and the front and rear direction in a state of power outage or communication discontinuance, or in a live wire state or during communication. In addition, while distributing load to a pole holding wire used for lifting and fixing loads, and then lifting the electric pole, the method can safely move the electric pole to an accurate location or can lift or lower the underground portion of the electric pole to thus simplify the work process by not requiring replacement of the aerial conductor wire. Thereby, the method improves work safety, shortens construction time, and reduces budget.
