Abstract:
Ultrasonic transducers (6, 7) are attached in a direction in which an O-ring (23) that is provided on a frame having a flow path is compressed. A biasing means (24) is provided which biases these ultrasonic transducers (6, 7) by coming into contact therewith at a plurality of locations. Screws (25) are provided which fix this biasing means (24) to the frame. An ultrasonic flow meter can therefore be implemented which makes it possible to use the O-ring (23) as a sealing means, is low cost, and facilitates signal processing by reducing vibrations of the ultrasonic transducers that are transmitted to the frame.
