Abstract:
A construction process of a lower assembly of an offshore voltage booster substation, the process comprising the following steps: (1) performing, according to a nesting drawing, a blanking operation on a steel sheet; (2) marking lines, and cutting grooves; (3) fabricating steel tube piles (1), transverse support rods, and diagonal support rods (5); and (4) joining and welding the steel tube piles (1), transverse support rods, and diagonal support rods (5). By horizontally constructing each section and then joining and welding the same vertically, the construction process is performed in an orderly manner to improve the construction efficiency and enable the lower assembly to provide stable support, thus facilitating long-term operation maintenances of an offshore voltage booster substation. The steel tube pile (1) comprises a vertical portion and an inclined portion inclined toward an inner side, thus greatly improving support provided by the lower assembly, and lowering the possibility of tilting. The present invention has high requirements for rolling and cutting operations, and employs submerged arc welding to provide stable welding quality and high welding production efficiency with no arc light and little fumes and dust. In addition, a reasonable welding allowance is employed to ensure welding quality and precision, thus significantly improving support provided by the lower assembly, and providing stability to the whole offshore voltage booster substation.
