Abstract:
A construction process of a pipe pile comprises the following steps: installing a ring-shaped pile shoe (4) provided with a cutting edge (41) on a bottom of a pipe cavity formed between a high-strength plastic outer tube (2) and a high-strength plastic inner tube (1), both the high-strength plastic outer tube (2) and the high-strength plastic inner tube (1) being high-strength plastic tubes, tensile yield strength of the high-strength plastic tubes ≥ 10Mpa, density ≥ 450kg/m3 and modulus of elasticity ≥ 350Mpa; placing the pile shoe (4) at a construction position and exerting pressure on a vibratory force application pressure head (5) so that the pile shoe (4) enters a construction foundation body together with the high-strength plastic outer tube (2) and the high-strength plastic inner tube (1); and after the pile shoe (4) completely enters a plotted position of the construction foundation body, forming the pipe pile. The pipe pile comprises the high-strength plastic outer tube (2), the high-strength plastic inner tube (1) and the pile shoe (4). Also provided is a dedicated boring device for the pipe pile.
