Abstract:
A construction process for a wind power tower barrel, comprising segmented barrel production, tower barrel flange mounting and tower barrel assembly processing; the segmented barrel production comprises raw material inspection, material re-inspection, steel plate pre-treatment, computer numerical control (CNC) cutting and blanking, dimensional inspection, processing grooves, coiling, welding a longitudinal seam, calibrating the circle, barrel ellipticity measurement, and a 100% UT and T-slot 100% MT detection process; the tower barrel flange mounting is implemented by means of flange detection, tower barrel detection, flange fixing, cylinder mounting, welding measurement, bottom flange assembly, barrel connection, bolt connection, barrel positioning welding and a welding completion detection process; tower barrel assembly comprises coupling of each barrel and short flange section, inspection, welding, 100% UT detection, inspection, marking of an internal parts position line, inspection, welding internal parts, anti-corrosion treatment, internal part assembly, packaging and a shipping process.
