Abstract:
In which developed an equipment for application of decorative stamp (A), in which a final result with differentiated quality can be gotten, and beyond the quality the equipment, it still allows the great flexibility in the adaptation for manufacture of the most varied decorations of ceramic pieces, and this quality characteristics with flexibility do not compromise the productivity in the production line, thus allowing that it takes care of the diversified demands, with a minimum of losses, by means of to introduction of expressive improvements to the equipment, that pass for the logical systems implementation (CLP type), that allow the communication and recognition of the machine parameter state in the serigraph production in ceramic pieces, where the operator can verify such information, as well as modifying and or introducing programs in distinct ways of decorations stamping, over an operations panel (4), made up of keyboard (4A) and display (4B), installed in a support structure (2), supported by a structure of anti-inflexion tubular elements (1), being foreseen still an carrier mat element (3), and still photocell elements (5), where can be foreseen the cylinder elements assembly (6A), (6B), (6C) and (6D) based in a special rotation axis (7) on to an engine and electronic control located in the interior of a components panel (10) being mounted elements of the doctor blade type (8), the amount of printed material can be dosed.

ING 1a) "CONSTRUCTIVE IMPROVEMENT INTRODUCED IN EQUIPMENT FOR DECORATIVE STAMPING APPLICATION ON FLOORS AND COATING OF CERAMICS CHARACTER", seeking to develop a constructive and functional concept in equipment of decoration stamping, that allows significant increments of productivity, with quality and ally the flexibility for different possibilities of products decoration characterized by an equipment for decorative stamp application (A) of ceramic pieces elements (B), composed of a structure of anti inflexion tubular elements (1), that sustains a support structure (2), to which an element is set up mats carrier (3), and sidelong to the support structure (2), an element control panel is set up (4), and in its lateral portion photocells elements are foreseen (5), where is still foreseen the assembly of elements cylinder (6), based on an special rotation axis (7), linked to a motor and electronic control located inside a panel of components (10); "CONSTRUCTIVE IMPROVEMENT INTRODUCED IN EQUIPMENT FOR DECORATIVE STAMPING APPLICATION ON FLOORS AND COVERING OF CERAMICS CHARACTER" The present solicitation of utility model patent treats of a new "CONSTRUCTIVE IMPROVEMENT INTRODUCED IN EQUIPMENT FOR DECORATIVE STAMPING APPLICATION ON FLOORS AND COVERING OF CERAMICS CHARACTER", in which the requester presents an evolutionary solution in decorative stamping process of floor and covering, particularly when these when these find in the raw state, in other words, before passing for the o burning process, which has as main objective to guarantee the precision of the decoration in the finished product. Such demanded solution brings in its interim, advantages in terms of consistent productivity addition in the line of floors and covering production, propitiating direct profits in relation to the competitiveness of the company manufacturer in its field of performance. In the current days, the manufacturers of products are obliged to take measured that will guarantee the overcoming of the productivity expectations with quality, seeking in the productive way reach significantly reduced indices of rejection, risking the margin of profit, because in the current days does not exist more margin of commercial manage in final customer prices of floors and covering that can absorb costs of not conformity in the productive process. For the knowledge of the technique, there's a great variety of equipment destined to carry over stamping of writing by serigraph in ceramic pieces, although in last decades, this equipment had evolved of simple process of silk-screening, that uses a ceramic or plain revolving screen, that brings in its interim a series of disadvantages, as for example the impossibility of getting a correct impression of the decoration in the ceramic pieces edge. Since it refers to equipment with constructive concept all based in mechanical systems, this implies in the necessity of a present operator continuously to the side of the equipment, which needs to control the machine's production and still to verify visually the dirt occurrence in stamping screens. However, a factor that limits its contemporary application for application at industry of great production volumes is the fact that, this system does not allow screens of continuous impression, being therefore out of the necessary target of productive excellency. Another process that gives the execution of writing stamping in ceramic pieces, is known as flexographic process, that besides having the same deficiencies observed for the silk-screening process, have the aggravating to generate breaking in the extreme numbers of ceramic piece, beyond it needs uncommon amount of varnish, and so that, it is not become confident before the requirements of productive excellency. Some alternative solutions are known, aiming at the elimination of the inconveniences in the flexographic process and silk-screening, where idealized an equipment based in the stamping of ceramic pieces over the contact of these with a rotary cylinder of impression, in which the related ceramic pieces are introduced on a transport table, mat type, and in determined point they receive the interference from the impression coil. The rotary cylinder of impression concept, is based on a central axis, that supports externally a deformable peripheral layer, that is re-covered by a covering of soft material, in which the deformable portion, is formed of a spongy internal layer, made in general of foam of silica, and a external layer, also elastically deformable. The soft covering of the rotary cylinder of impression receives a matrix from impression, based on a plurality of microscopically cavities, which have as function, to provide the varnish retention, being that such cavities are distributed of uniform way in all the extension of the covering. The equipment still foresees an element, doctor blade, that is fixed together the rotary cylinder of impression, in longitudinal direction, whose function reside in providing the varnish that will be set free for direct contact with the ceramic piece. The impression rotary cylinder element, to have an external layer with deformation capacity, minimizes the impact on the surface of the ceramic pieces, mainly in case of variations in the surface of the same ones. The described system, improves so much in the conditions of graphical stamp productivity in ceramic pieces, however, although its efficient constructive and functional concept, its constructive disposal, in current times, does not allow to maximize the productive process of a line of ceramic pieces production. In current times, the degree of consuming market requirement, in the application field of the civil construction, takes the industry and floors and ceramic coatings trade to a necessity of diversification of products line, never imagined until then. To take care of to the accented demand for floors and coverings of ceramic character, the industry invested heavily in automation of its productive process, as a form to obtains satisfaction in amount the real demanded by these products. Found a solution for the problem of productive capacity in volume of pieces, the manufacturers of floors and ceramic coatings, cause to appear suddenly with a with a productive bottleneck, in the direction to take care of in efficient way the demand in volume of one mix of new floors and coverings lines that increase in wide steps. Ahead of such verification, the industry of floors and ceramic coatings start to live a paradox in production terms, therefore obtains productive capacity for high volumes, but on the other hand does not obtain to take care of the increasing demand of volume for lines of differentiated products, fact that is more criticizes taking considering that the life cycle of a ceramic product is around one year to one year and a half, thus needing of a extremely versatile line production, which can accept orders of production that bring in its interim a significant variation in terms of production in volume of great variety of floors and/or coverings lines. Aware of related economic and commercial conjuncture, the petitioner glimpsed an equipment where the guarantee of the decoration precision in the finished product, with high indices of productivity and quality is gotten over a constructive concept and evolutionary functional, where abdicates of devices that bring in its interim the most advanced technology in terms of automation of industrial process, allowing that assures a minimum precision of one tenth of millimeter (0,1mm) in the impression of the decoration in floors and or covering, by means of a introduction of a logical controlling element based in microprocessors. The petitioner still introduced, with the objective to develop the productivity of the equipment, an interface with the user over a keyboard with monochromatic graphical display, of which the equipment operator can create and execute varied programming, according to an order of specific production. The transport of the floors or coverings in raw state, in other words, before the burning, is made over transporting mat, whose structure guarantees the correct planing during the transport, having a motorization system that guarantees the maintenance of speed previously established. With the purpose of better controlling the shipment of the ceramic pieces, a photocell is foreseen that when identifying the presence of the ceramic piece, sets in motion the functioning of the serigraph. Knowing that during the transport of the ceramic pieces on the mat, overlapping accidents can occur between two or more pieces, a second photocell element is still foreseen, that identifies this sort of occurrence. The system of varnish distribution also shows a difference; therefore it is based on a device that guarantees the varnish homogeneous distribution in the surface of the silica coil, occurring a recovery of the exceeding varnish. The varnish application system is located in the interior of the same ones, where the varnish feeding is carried over of automatic form, over the membrane pump start up, installed directly in the structure of the equipment, but the position of the related system is indicated to the operator directly in the element graphical display, which allows that the operator control the functioning parameters of membrane pump, in terms of time and amount of used varnish. In relation to the responsible devices by serigraph properly said, these are provided with a motorized system for the transversal centering, in order to correct eventual alignment deformities. In relation to the level of pressure in the stamping cylinder control, this parameter is slave-controlled for a direct current engine and centesimal linear sensory allowing the regulation of the movement system position of the device for the transference by contact, and consequently e the selection of some dimensions and typologies of stamping. About the pressure stamping system it owe to enhance although there is always a device that, in the presence of thickness ceramic pieces variations, allows that the transfer system "float ", in way to follow the profile of these surfaces, without damaging it. Still about the pressure stamping system, yet joins value in relation to high productivity obtained in varnish transfer, superior to the observed with any other available machine in the market, being viable by means of possibility of maxim deformation, in the contact phase, of the alveolus of the cliche, without causing the rupture of the ceramic piece. The equipment for now demanded still allows the assembly of devices with diameters from 230 to 456 (mm). With the relative preparations, it is possible to set up devices of silicon, nets type Tecnoitalia, Laser Roll applications, etc. Another extremely advantageous differential on the equipment for now demanded tells respect its versatility in the obtaining of the most varied serigraph graphic combinations, with the execution of multiple batteries, over the simple programming, over automation system just like C. L. P., where the operator of the equipment adjusts your production over a programming of stamping manners, making direct use of the keyboard and display.

It is had as standard previously controlled, four different manners from stamping, denominated of FACCE, MULTI, RANDOM and STAND-BY, which will be better detailed in the subsequent paragraphs, fact that allows the assistance varied demands for production in volume of lines of floors and ceramic coatings.

The equipment (A) it is formed by a structure of anti-inflexion tubular element (1), providing rigidity characteristic to the equipment, this request is necessary in order to avoid possible inflexion or vibrations during the decoration process, and consequently generates a high precision in terms of piece centralization. The ceramic pieces (B), are transported over mat carrier (3), being projected to provide appropriate planarity during their transport, being set up a support structure close to (2), characterized because it is made in stainless steel plate, still possessing special discharges of drainage, over inferior gutters, whose function resides in channeling the water sidelong. Still in relation to mat this has a constructive concept with neutral axis, making possible like a regular course of the speed. The superior covering of the support structure (2) is adapted from way to provide a correct stability of the ceramic pieces during the decoration process. In the multiple batteries can be prepared ceramic pieces (B) simple with one or more of the stamping cylinders (6A), (6B), (6C) and (6D), and operation mode completely previously settings to the assembly of the relative preparation kits. Additionally, the requester makes to point out that the logical system developed for the serigraphic application in the equipment (A) for now demanded, foresees a configuration of own parameters for each operation mode, where it is done possible also that all the work values (position of the cylinder, position of the doctor blade ", cycles of the varnish pump, work mode, number of faces, etc) are memorized, being possible to save up to 50 work programs, all recovered in a simple and fast way. This position, understands the requester that the constructive improvement introduced in equipment for ceramic pieces decoration represents a great progress in terms of productivity improvement with quality and flexibility being like this in consonance with the laws of industrial property, and this way being susceptible to protection privilege.
