Abstract:
The present invention relates to a consumer-side energy storage system accounting for maximum power, and more specifically, to a consumer-side energy storage system accounting for maximum power and a method for controlling same, capable of determining the optimal amount of charging/discharging of the ESS for each time period according to changes in the load on the consumer side by using a novel algorithm for establishing an optimal operation plan for an energy storage device according to power load. According to the description, provided is the advantage of establishing the optimal operation plan for the energy storage device according to power load by determining the optimal amount of charging/discharging of the ESS for each time period according to changes in the load on the consumer side.
