Abstract:
A contact assembly and a high-voltage direct-current relay thereof. The high-voltage direct-current relay comprises two fixed contacts (21, 22) and one movable assembly. The movable assembly comprises a movable spring part (1), two springs (4), and a push rod assembly (5). Two movable contactors (12) are respectively disposed or fixed at two ends of a movable spring (11) and are respectively corresponding to fixed contactors of the two fixed contacts (21, 22). The movable spring (11) is mounted in the push rod assembly (5) by means of the two springs (4), the two springs (4) are tensioned between the movable spring (11) and the push rod assembly (5) respectively, the upper part of the movable spring (11) presses against the inner side of the top of the push rod assembly (5). In the movable spring (11), an inverted U-shaped structure convexly stretching upwards is disposed in the middle of the movable spring (11) between the positions of the two movable contactors (21, 22). According to the contact assembly and the high-voltage direct-current relay thereof, by means of structural improvement of the movable spring part (1) and matching components, adhesion during connection can be effectively avoided, the adhesion resistance capability is improved, and the adhesion resistance when a large current flows after the movable and fixed contacts are closed is effectively improved.
