Abstract:
A contact assistance server 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a function for assisting with contacting a user of a service provided by a service provision server 30. The contact assistance server 10 comprises: an information management unit 111 that manages user information including information on user use of a provided service; an appropriateness degree setting unit 112 that sets a degree of appropriateness for each day and timeframe, as the days and timeframes for contacting the user, on the basis of at least the use information; and an assistance information output unit 113 that outputs assistance information for assisting with contacting the user, on the basis of at least the set degree of appropriateness for each day and timeframe. Due to such a configuration, the present invention assists a service provider and the like with contacting a user in an appropriate timeframe.
