Abstract:
Provided are a contact device and a power supply system whereby degradation over time can be suppressed. The present invention applies to a power supply system provided with: a power supply apparatus to which a contact device having a movable contact has been attached; and a fixed contact 3 attached to a mobile object provided with a secondary cell 10. When contacted by the fixed contact 3, the movable contact 40 of the contact device rotates about an axis of rotation, the axial direction thereof being the direction of contact, while the movable contact 40 and the fixed contact 3 are in a state of contact. The rotation while the movable contact 40 and the fixed contact 3 are in a state of contact causes the contacting parts to be wiped. Representative drawing: FIG. 8
