Abstract:
The objective of the invention is to form a contact device such that an electrical connection can be maintained among contacts while adhesion between contacts is prevented. Provided is the contact device comprising: a first conducting layer; a second conducting layer provided more to the electrical contact side than the first conducting layer; a surface layer deposited from the first conducting layer onto a surface on the electrical contact side of the second conducting layer; and a conductive barrier layer provided between the first conducting layer and the second conducting layer, and suppressing the amount of deposition from the first conducting layer onto the surface on the electrical contact side.
