Abstract:
The invention addresses the problem of providing a contact lens case of a novel structure that supplements the sterilization efficacy of non-heated disinfection methods such as the MPS method or hydrogen peroxide method, which has thus far been inadequate, and makes it possible to implement effective sterilization of soft contact lenses. In a storing solution (24) with sterilizing effects, a slanted loading means is provided, wherein a convex spherical lens-loading surface (36) is formed from an antimicrobial material and a contact lens (28) is held in a slanted state such that the geometric center of the contact lens (28) loaded on said lens-loading surface (36) is located at a position shifted from the top of the lens-loading surface.
