Abstract:
[PROBLEMS] To provide a contact formed in an amorphous state for improving the spring characteristic as compared to the conventional contact, and to provide a manufacturing method of the contact, a connection device using the contact, and a manufacturing method of the connection device. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] A contact has an elastically deformed portion. At least a part of the elastically deformed portion is formed in an amorphous state. An auxiliary elastic member (41) constituting the elastically deformed portion is formed, for example, by NiP (P is 15 atomic % or above). In this case, the material state of the auxiliary elastic member (41) is substantially amorphous (50). This improves the spring characteristics such as yield stress as compared to the conventional contact.
