A contact matching method comprises the steps of: acquiring a first tag of interest corresponding to a contact to be matched, and a second tag of interest corresponding to other contacts than the contact to be matched in a matching interface (S10); comparing the acquired first and second tags of interest to acquire at least one contact matched with the contact to be matched (S20); and on the basis of a preset first display mode, displaying, in the matching interface, a first contact identification corresponding to the contact to be matched and a second contact identification corresponding to each of the matched contacts, or on the basis of the preset first display mode, displaying, in the matching interface, the second contact identification corresponding to each of the matched contacts (S30). Also involved is a contact matching device. The efficiency and accuracy in contact matching are improved.
