Abstract:
The present invention achieves a contact mechanism that has high contact reliability and that is narrow and long in a predetermined direction. A connection terminal (40) in the contact mechanism is provided with an elastic base member (41) and a first protrusion (42) and a second protrusion (43) provided side by side in a predetermined direction. By applying force to the base member (41) from the exterior toward a connection terminal (112) on the line of extension of the predetermined direction along which the first protrusion (42) and the second protrusion (43) are arranged, the first protrusion (42) is brought into contact with the connection terminal (112) and the second protrusion (43) is subsequently brought into contact with the connection terminal (112).
