Abstract:
A contact module (2, 4), and a female connector and a male connector. A female contact unit of the female connector comprises signal contacts arranged in pairs and ground contacts arranged corresponding to the signal contacts arranged in pairs; a side of the signal contact that faces towards the ground contact is provided with a signal contact portion (211) in conductive contact with a signal contact an of adapter connector; a side of the ground contact that faces the signal contact is provided with a shielding contact portion (221) in electrical contact with a ground contact of the adapter connector; and an insertion space for the insertion of a contact module of the adapter connector is provided between the signal contact and the ground contact. The female connector enables the adapted contact unit to be clamped by means of the signal contact and the ground contact and realizes the corresponding conduction, such that the contact modules of the two connectors adapted to the insertion position have interaction forces on both sides, and even the female connector is used on the occasion that there is vibration or a certain insertion offset, and therefore, the contact reliability of the insertion position can be improved.
