Abstract:
A contact-type sensor 1 which has improved measurement accuracy and cannot undergo the invasion of a liquid into an element-housed part thereof is provided with an element 10, a detection body 20, a joint body 30, a support 40 and an attachment body 50, wherein the joint body 30 is composed of an elastomer, each of the detection body 20, the support 40 and the attachment body 50 is composed of a member having higher stiffness than that of an elastomer, the detection body 20 is so configured that the bottom of a storage chamber 21, which is formed at the tip thereof, can be directly in contact with an object 2 to be detected, the element 10 can be housed therein and a signal line 12 can be led out through a lead out port 25b arranged at the end thereof, and the attachment body 50 is so configured that the signal line 12 led out from the storage chamber 21 can be led out from the end of the support 40 through a through-hole 31 for joining purposes and a through-hole 41 for supporting purposes and the support 40 can be connected to the detection body 20 in a freely tiltable manner while always closely adhering the joint body 30 to the end of the storage chamber 21 and the tip of the support 40.
