Abstract:
[Objective] To adjust flotage to be applied to an object that is to be subjected to contactless conveyance by a contactless conveyance apparatus. [Solution] A contactless conveyance apparatus (1) for conveying an object (2) in contactless state is provided with: a cup-shaped member (11) comprising a recess section (15), air-intake holes (16), and an opening edge (113) facing the object (2); a fan (12) that is formed within the recess section (15) of the cup-shaped member (11), sucks in air from the air-intake holes (16) and feeds the air into the recess section (15) by the rotation thereof, and makes a whirling flow be generated within the recess section (15); and an adjustment member that is formed on the cup-shaped member (11), and that is for adjusting the amount of air to be sucked in from the air-intake holes (16).
