Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a contactless information carrier comprising an IC chip having an on-chip antenna with good electric characteristics. [Solution] A contactless information medium provided with a spiral wire on an IC chip. The IC chip has first and second electrodes, and the spiral wire has first and second ends electrically connected to the first second electrodes. A first relay wire is connected to the first electrode via a first connecting hole. The first end is connected to the first relay wire via a third connecting hole formed on an inner peripheral side of the spiral wire. The first relay wire includes a rectangular region in which the first connecting hole and the third connecting hole are included diagonally.
