Abstract:
Provided is a contactless power supply device capable of reducing leakage flux. Shielding plates 15, 25, which are metal plates, are respectively fixed to a power transmission coil 10 and a power reception coil 20, and when the power transmission coil 10 and the power reception coil 20 are in a contactless power supply position, at least the upper side face, the lower side face, the back face of the power transmission coil, and the back face of the power reception coil, among faces surrounding the power transmission coil 10 and the power reception coil 20, are covered with the shielding plates 15, 25. The shielding plate 15 and the shielding plate 25 overlap each other in the vicinity of the edges thereof. With this contactless power supply device, leakage flux can be reduced because the faces on which leakage flux occurs frequently are covered with the shielding plates during contactless power supply.
