Abstract:
Provided is a container for advancing liquid capable of eliminating a residual pressure in a tank after advancing the liquid, and capable of preventing the subsequent leakage of the liquid from a tank portion (T). Provided are a main body (12) which incorporates the tank portion (T) for storing liquid and which is capable of advancing the liquid from a supply port provided at a tip of the body, a piston (22) and a piston rod (24) which slide in the tank portion (T) to press the liquid toward the supply port at the tip, an operation tube (26) which is movable with respect to the main body (12) and which can be externally operated, and a conversion mechanism which converts the operation of the operation tube to an advancing movement of the piston (22) and the piston rod (24) in the axial direction in the tank portion (T), wherein after the advancing movement of the piston (22) and the piston rod (24) on the basis of the operation of the operation tube (26), the conversion mechanism generates a predetermined amount of retreating movement of the piston (22) and the piston rod (24).
