Abstract:
Provided is a container assembly device that enables one or more containers to be assembled more simply and quickly. A container assembly device 100 comprises: a device main body 101 which defines therein an arrangement space 103 for arranging containers 10; a lifting device 130 which is provided with engaging pieces 134 that engage with mating portions 17 of the opposed edges of a top frame 12 of each of folded-state containers 10 introduced into the arrangement space 103, the lifting device 130 being configured to deform the container 10 from the folded state to an intermediate state by lifting the top frame 12 upward along the height direction while keeping the engaging pieces 134 being engaged with the mating portions 17; and pressing devices 150 which operate on the intermediate-state container 10 in which the top frame 12 has been lifted up by the lifting device 130, so as to press a pair of second side walls 14 outward from the inside such that the second side walls 14 fit to first side walls 13 and/or a bottom wall 11.
