A container blow molding system (10) comprising a turn table (11) for holding a blow metal mold (40), a label holding core (20) for supplying a label (3) into the blow metal mold (40) held on the turn table (11), and a perform holding element (41) for holding a perform (2a) to supply it into the blow metal mold (40). The perform holding element (41) is fitted to the blow metal mold (40) on the turn table (11), and air blowing device (43) is joined to this perform holding element (41). The label holding core (20) consists of a tubular body, and is formed with an inwardly recessed concave portion (20d) in one side of a side surface. The label (3) is wound around the label holding core (20), with the opposite ends (3a) of the label (3) received in the concave portion (20d).
