Abstract:

An automatic twist type container connection device not easily disengaged during transportation and easily engaged and disengaged by decreasing the rolling of a container. The container connection device comprises a connection seat (1) disposed between the corner fittings (C) of the stacked containers, an upper pedestal (2) and a lower pedestal (3) projectedly formed on the connection seat (1) and fitted to the groove holes (C1) of the upper and lower corner fittings (C) with the container connection device positioned to the groove holes, and an upper cone (4) and a lower cone (5) projectedly formed on the upper pedestal (2) and the lower pedestal (3) and connecting the containers to each other by engaging them with the groove holes (C1) of the corner fittings (C). The lower cone (5) comprises a neck part (7) displacing to the lateral one side of the groove hole (C1) and suspending from the lower pedestal (3), a fixed projected part (8) projecting from the tip of the neck part (7) to a side opposite to the displacing direction, and a movable projected part (9) energized and projected from the neck part (7) in the displacing direction on the base end side more than the fixed projected part (8) and retreated by swinging upward.
