Abstract:
A container (100) for use in storing cosmetics products, the container (100) including: at least one platform (130,140) configured for storing a cosmetics product; a housing including a first housing members (110) movably attached to a second housing member (120), said first and second housing members (110,120) being configured for movement relative to each other between at least a first configuration in which the at least one platform (130,140) is substantially enclosed between the first and second housing members, and, a second configuration in which the at least one platform (140) within the housing is exposed; and wherein the at least one platform (130,140) and at least one of the first and second housing members (110,120) form at least a portion of a peripheral edge surface of the container (100); wherein the peripheral edge surface is provided with convex curvature in a direction of from the first housing member (110) towards the second housing member (120); wherein a normal displacement between an axis normal to the peripheral edge surface formed by the at least one platform (130,140) and an axis normal to peripheral edge surface formed by the at least one housing member (110,120) is less than the normal displacement between the axes of the at least one platform (130,140) and the at least one of the first and second housing members (110,120).
