Abstract:
A fastening device (20) included in a container-handling vehicle includes: an operation plate (12) provided rotatably on an outer arm (7B) and which causes a fastening hook (9) to travel by said rotation between a fasten position and a release position; and a fastening member contact piece (16) that is fixed to an inner arm (7A), resists the impelling force of a spring (11) when a cargo handling frame (7) is contracted, and comes in contact with the operation plate (12) so as to cause the fastening hook (9) to travel to the release position. An opening (7B0) is provided in the lower surface of the outer arm (7B). The operation plate (12) is disposed such that the tip section thereof reaches, via the opening, a position facing the fastening member contact piece (16) on the inside of the cylindrical outer arm (7B).
