A container (3) inspection system, a transferring method, and a port facility. A container (3) inspection system comprises: a crane (1), the crane (1) comprising a transferring platform (2) and a hoisting component for hoisting a container (3) to an initial position (A) on the transferring platform (2); a scanning device (4) disposed on the transferring platform (2); and a conveying device (5) disposed on the transferring platform (2) and used for driving the container (3) at the initial position (A) to pass through a scanning channel of the scanning device (4). The scanning device (4) is integrated into the crane (1), so that an additional scanning area is not needed to be occupied in a second site. In addition, quick inspection can be implemented in the process of transferring the container (3) to the second site, without requiring a second inspection, and dangerous forbidden goods can also be avoided from entering the second site, so that the efficiency and security of the transferring process of the container (3) can be improved.
