The present invention relates to a container lid, and a container assembly having same coupled thereto and, more specifically, to a container lid coupled to a container inlet through which contents are received, and a container assembly having the container lid coupled thereto. The present invention provides a container lid (20) comprising: a lid body (100) coupled to a container inlet (12) of a container (10) in which contents are received; an upper cap (200) coupled to the top of the lid body (100); and a sealing part (300) fixedly coupled to the inner peripheral surface of the lid body (100) to seal the container inlet (12). The lid body (100) comprises: a lateral wall part (120) having a hollow cylinder structure and coupled to the container inlet (12); a discharge tube part (130) formed in the center of the lateral wall part (120) and extending vertically to form a discharge space (S1); and a partition wall part (110) connecting the outer peripheral surface of the discharge tube part (130) and the inner peripheral surface of the lateral wall part (120) to partition two or more storage spaces (S2) in the horizontal direction.
