A container loading and unloading device, comprising a loading and unloading platform (1) and a rack (2). Two guide rails (3) are provided on the loading and unloading platform (1) in parallel; and each guide rail (3) is provided with a transfer arm (4). A lap plate (5) and a fixed slide plate (6) are disposed on the loading and unloading platform (1) and located between the two guide rails (3); the lap plate (5) can slide in the length direction of the guide rails (3) and respectively extend out of two sides of the loading and unloading platform (1); the fixed slide plate (6) and the lap plate (5) are both provided with multiple rollers (7) for supporting containers; the guide rails (3) can slide in the length direction and respectively extend out of the two sides of the loading and unloading platform (1); and the transfer arm s (4) can slide in the length direction of the guide rails (3) and pull the containers to slide on the rollers (7). The container loading and unloading device has advantages of stable loading and unloading and high loading and unloading efficiency, and can satisfy loading and unloading of heavy containers.
