Abstract:
Provided are a container locking device and a backer transport vehicle. The container locking device comprises: a bracket (10) having a receiving space (111); a locking structure (20), wherein a first end of the locking structure is hinged to the bracket, the locking structure has a locking position extending from the receiving space and an avoidance position retracted into the receiving space; and a support structure (30), a first end of the support structure is hinged to the second end of the locking structure and in a direction away from the locking structure, the support structure has a retracted position and a support position in cooperation with the bracket; when the locking structure is in the locked position, the support structure is located at the support position and enables the locking structure to stay in the locked position; and when the locking structure is in the avoidance position, the support structure is located in the retracted position and retracted into the receiving space. The container locking device is of an inner turnover type and supports the locking structure by using a support structure, and compared with an outer turnover cantilever structure, the container can be supported and locked more reliably and stably.
