Abstract:
Provided is a container capable of preventing various germs or the like from entering the container from a tip end of an abutment part. The container is provided with: a body part having a barrel part defining an accommodation part and a flange part extending outward from an upper part of the barrel part; and a lid part joined via an outer edge seal part to the flange part of the body part so as to cover the accommodation part, the lid part being constituted by a lid material folded back at a folding back part so as to make portions thereof overlap each other. The lid part has an abutment part in which portions of the lid material overlap each other and which extends in a first direction from one edge part to the other edge part of the lid part, and has a first lid part and a second lid part which are positioned so as to sandwich the abutment part therebetween and are constituted by the lid material. The abutment part has an abutment seal part at which inner surfaces of the portions of the lid material are joined to each other so as to extend in the first direction from the one edge part to the other edge part of the lid part, and has a steam passage part including a through hole or a notch formed in the abutment seal part. The seal strength of the abutment seal part is lower than that of the outer edge seal part.
