Abstract:
The present invention relates to a container transfer device employing rails, whereby rapidity of container cargo transfer can be ensured and simplicity and efficiency of working can be ensured during the work of unloading and loading container cargoes mounted on pallets being imported by shipping or exported by shipping, by using the power source of a hydraulic skidding system to move a transfer trolley, which has a lifting function, underneath a pallet carrying the container cargo such that the pallet is lifted and transferred horizontally as the unloading and loading work proceeds. Also, convenience of use can be arranged by using normal railway rails without any modification.
