Provided is a container with a coating tool, in which an outer cap is prevented from unintentionally separating from the coating tool. This container with a coating tool is provided with: a coating tool including a liquid container that stores a coating liquid and that is provided with an opening, a cap part detachably attached to the opening of the liquid container, and a coating body that extends from the cap part, mounted on the opening of the liquid container, into the liquid container; an outer container detachably attached to the liquid container so as to cover at least a portion of the liquid container; and an outer cap mounted on the cap part so as to cover at least a portion of the cap part. The cap part includes a first flexible portion including a cap part mating portion. The outer cap includes an outer cap mating portion and is mounted on the cap part by the outer cap mating portion mating with the cap part mating portion. While the outer container is mounted on the liquid container and the outer cap is mounted on the cap part, a portion of the outer container is positioned at a position that limits flexing of the first flexible portion.
