Abstract:

This contaminated soil cleaning system is for decomposing a contaminant in a contaminated soil E, and comprises: a step for injecting, from a water injection well, into the contaminated soil, an injection liquid that includes a cleaning agent for decomposing the contaminant or an activator for activating biological decomposition exhibited by the cleaning agent; a step for measuring the concentration of the cleaning agent or the activator in underground water in an observation well or a pumping well provided to a place away from the water injection well; and a step for automatically controlling an added amount of the cleaning agent or the activator to the injection liquid or a pumping amount from the pumping well, on the basis of the measured concentration.
