The present invention relates to a contaminated soil cultivating device for a back-hoe having underground injection pipes. The present invention forms a transfer channel for soil purification substances along the center portion of a rotary shaft that operates in a rotating manner according to a rotating operation means, and is provided with injection nozzles on the outer circumference of the rotary shaft, and with distribution holes that connect the soil purification substances transfer channel with the injection nozzles on the rotary shaft, so that the soil purification substances such as hot steam, microorganisms, nutrition fluid, and drugs are injected as the injection nozzles rotate, thereby enabling a secondary cultivation of soil via the injection of soil purification substances after the soil has undergone a primary cultivation via a cutting means. Also, the present invention is provided with a lower rotary cultivation means and an upper rotary cultivation means, enabling the secondary cultivation, as well as a tertiary cultivation via injection of soil purification substances using an underground injection means, thereby achieving a more efficient cultivation of contaminated soil. In addition, the present invention enables the secondary and the tertiary cultivations without the soil blocking the injection nozzles by having the rotary shaft of the underground injection means serve also as a rotary shaft of the lower rotary cultivation means, providing a plurality of mixing blades on the outer circumference of the rotary shaft, and positioning the injection nozzles behind the mixing blades when seen from the rotating direction of the rotary shaft.
