Abstract:
An evaluation value aggregation unit (14) aggregates, for each divided block of content, evaluation values derived by evaluating the divided blocks, and generates an aggregated evaluation value. An electronic ledger management unit (13) manages an electronic ledger including a content management table for recording right holders for each divided block in association with aggregated evaluation values, and an evaluator management table for recording divided blocks in association with evaluators for each divided block. A settlement processing unit (17) aggregates, for each divided block, usage fees paid by users upon the divided blocks being used, and distributes an aggregated dividend amount based on the usage fees for each divided block to the right holders of the divided blocks used.
